RADISH DIP
Relish radishes? Then you'll like Eileen Frederickson's dip-it gets its zesty taste right form that root crop. To really show it off, serve the dip in a bowl made from red cabbage, like Eileen does at her Caledonia, Wisconsin home.-Eileen Frederickson, Caledonia, Wisconsin

ZIPPY CURRY DIP
Everyone eats their vegetables when this creamy dip is served alongside them. The curry flavor gets stronger the longer the dip stands, so I like to make it in advance. -Priscilla Steffke, Wausau, Wisconsin

ZIPPY RADISH DIP
This dip/spread really DOES taste great! BUT - after you chop the radishes be sure to drain them well, because the dip becomes VERY watery if you don't drain them. This is zippy with a peppery taste; different than the usual dip. Very low-salt, but you won't miss it!
