An easy WOW: Add a super simple sauce to convenient rotisserie chicken, wrap it in a Crescent and it's ready in 30 minutes.

1 teaspoon butter
2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon honey
2 medium green onions, chopped
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in chicken, barbecue sauce, orange juice concentrate and honey. Remove from the heat; stir in green onions. Set aside.
  • Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto half of each rectangle; sprinkle with cheese. Fold dough over filling; press edges with fork to seal.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

cooking spray
4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon dried rosemary

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place in prepared dish. Combine orange marmalade, horseradish, and rosemary in a small bowl; pour over chicken.
  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, and the juices run clear, 30 to 35 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

If you want to thicken the sauce, after the chicken is finished, you can either pour the sauce in a small sauce pan and cook it down or you can remove chicken and mix 1 Tbsp cornstarch in 1 Tbsp cold water until it is dissolved. Pour into crock pot and cook on high for 20 minutes until sauce is thickened. Enjoy!
