To increase this hearty dip's zip, use another can of chilies and Mexican-style stewed tomatoes and processed cheese. You could also keep it warm in a slow cooker or fondue pot. It's tasty served over a baked potato, too. Denise Hill - Ottawa Lake, Michigan

Steps:
- Mix pickle dip base ingredients: In the bowl of a food processor or a mixing bowl with a hand-held mixer, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch mix, garlic, onion, celery salt and lemon juice. Process or beat until creamy and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
- Fold in remaining ingredients: Add the pickles, dill, chives, breadcrumbs and celery. Gently stir/fold to combine.
- Chill (for best taste): Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight. (Note: I recommend refrigerating at least 8 hours for the most flavor!)
- Serve: Taste and adjust the dip for seasoning with kosher salt and ground black pepper. Garnish with remaining pickles and breadcrumbs. Serve and enjoy!

This is a dip recipe I came up with to eat with raw veggies during my weight loss journey. Not only do I love it, but so do my family and friends. I keep copies of the recipe printed out for those who request it. This also makes a great dip for homemade jo-jo's or baked potatoes.

- Mix all of the dip ingredients together in a large bowl except the chile pepper. A whisk is helpful here to make sure everything is blended well. Now slowly add the chile pepper powder or flakes and taste before adding more. One thing to keep in mind here is that once you refrigerate and it has time to set it will become hotter.
- The super simple way (lazy way):Ingredients:(optional) 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro as a garnish1/2 teaspoon of Sonoran Spice pepper powder or 2 teaspoons of Sonoran Spice crushed pepper flakes.
