YUMMY HONEY CHICKEN KABOBS
Honey chicken kabobs with veggies. You can marinate overnight and make these kabobs for an outdoor barbecue as a tasty alternative to the usual barbecue fare! Fresh mushrooms and cherry tomatoes can also be used. (This can also be done in the broiler.)

Steps:
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, and pepper. Before adding chicken, reserve a small amount of marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking. Place the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers in the bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours (the longer the better).
- Preheat the grill for high heat.
- Drain marinade from the chicken and vegetables, and discard marinade. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear. Turn and brush with reserved marinade frequently.

Steps:
- Rinse the chicken and cut into small pieces. Pat dry with paper towels. Soak the bamboo skewers for 30 minutes before using.
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients in the Marinade for 30 minutes. Make sure the Marinade nicely coat the chicken meat.
- Thread 3-4 pieces of chicken onto the bamboo skewers. Set aside.
- Heat up the grill and grill the chicken skewers on both sides, until nicely cooked and slightly charred. Brush some oil on both surfaces while grilling.
- Top the honey sesame chicken skewers with sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Serve warm.

- Rinse and cut peppers and onions; set aside
- In a medium bowl, add teriyaki, soy, vegetable oil, sesame oil and sesame seeds; combine well; set aside
- Cube chicken breasts into 1" inch pieces
- Place cubed chicken and cut vegetables in large sealable storage bag
- Pour marinade into bag; massage until veggies and chicken pieces are coated; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- Turn bag over about evvery 30 minutes
- Light grill

- Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for 1 hour.
- While skewers soak, mix teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, garlic, and sweetener together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add chicken, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour; the longer you marinate, the better the flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers and place on a nonstick shallow baking pan. Discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds.

- Cut chicken into bite sized cubes about 2 inches
- Mix oil oyster sauce and chili sauce, divide mixture into two and set one part aside for brushing the meat while it cooks
- Add the oil, half of the oyster sauce mix, soy sauce, garlic powder black pepper to the chicken, mix till chicken is well coated.
- Thread coated chicken through skewers
- Place in a parchment lined air Fryer basket or tray and air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 7 mins.
- After 7 mins pull out basket / tray and brush some sauce some sauce in the chicken before flipping them over. Then continue cooking for another 7 mins then brush the last sauce on chicken then cook for another min let it rest for a minute before serving. The internal temperature of the chicken should 165°F / 74°C to be considered fully cooked and safe to eat.

- Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken strips in the refridgerator for 3 hours.

- Cut up boneless chicken breast into 1″ cubes.
- Put cubes in a bowl and pour Sesame Ginger Marinade over, toss to coat the chicken and place bowl in refrigerator to marinade for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, seed and cube green bell pepper and red bell peppers, set aside.
- Peel and cut red onion into quarters. {I separated some of the layers to make sure I had enough onion and it will cook more evenly when on the skewer}
- Drain a can of pineapple chunks in juice.
- Bring out your chicken, set up your assembly line and start alternating chicken, red pepper, green pepper, pineapple, and red onion on a skewer. {I used my metal skewers, but you can use wooden if you'd like - just be sure to soak them so they don't burn. :)} Do this until all the ingredients are used up.
- Heat grill to medium high heat, place all kabobs on grill and grill each side for approximately 4-5 minutes.
- Serve over a bed of Jasmine Rice.
