This is the most delicious and easy crock pot meal. It's great to just throw the ingredients into the crock pot in the morning, then I just serve with rice or egg noodles and a veggie and salad and my family loves it. It's nice for my family as there are just the three of us so we get two meals out of it.

3 -4 lbs pork tenderloin (boneless roast)
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups water
1 dash pepper
1 onion, sliced

Steps:

  • Put pork tenderloin in crock pot.
  • Add the soup.
  • Add the water.
  • Add dash pepper.
  • Put sliced onion on top of roast.
  • Cook on high for approximately 5-6 hours or until tender.

1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Cup Onion (Minced)
3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
2 Teaspoons Dried Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Pork Tenderloins
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
3 Tablespoons Cold Water

Steps:

  • In a large Crock Pot add all the ingredients except the pork, cornstarch, and water then mix until evenly combined. Add the pork and turn over to coat on all sides.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.
  • Remove pork from Crock Pot and place on a serving dish and tent loosely with aluminum foil. Allow pork to rest for about 7 minutes.
  • Thicken the sauce while pork is resting; in a small bowl, mix cornstarch with the cold water until it's completely dissolved. Pour all the liquid from the Crock Pot into a small saucepan. Add the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes until mixture thickens. Slice Pork and pour the thickened sauce over it and serve.

2 pound pork tenderloin
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon pepper
16 oz carrots
1 cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Place the pork tenderloin, carrots, onions, and pepper in the crock pot. I used a 6 quart slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl combine the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
  • Pour over the pork in the crock pot.
  • Cook on low 8-10 hours or until pork is tender.
  • When finished place the pork on a cookie sheet lined with foil (optional).
  • Spoon extra sauce on top.
  • Broil for 10 minutes or until brown.
  • Slice and serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup water
¾ cup red wine
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.

1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
5 -6 medium potatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, quartered
2 apples, peeled and chopped
2 large carrots, chopped
2 cups apple juice
1 tablespoon sage or 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning

Steps:

  • Peel and chop the potaoes, onion, apples and carrot add to crock pot.
  • Add the pork tenderloin.
  • Sprinkle with sage or poultry seasoning.
  • Pour in the apple juice.
  • Cook for 5 hrs on high or 7-8 hrs on low.
  • If using the oven cook at 350 untill the potatoes and carrots are tender and the meat is no longer pink.
