EASY CROCK POT PORK TENDERLOIN ROAST
This is the most delicious and easy crock pot meal. It's great to just throw the ingredients into the crock pot in the morning, then I just serve with rice or egg noodles and a veggie and salad and my family loves it. It's nice for my family as there are just the three of us so we get two meals out of it.

- Add the soup.
- Add the water.
- Add dash pepper.
- Put sliced onion on top of roast.

- In a large Crock Pot add all the ingredients except the pork, cornstarch, and water then mix until evenly combined. Add the pork and turn over to coat on all sides.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.
- Remove pork from Crock Pot and place on a serving dish and tent loosely with aluminum foil. Allow pork to rest for about 7 minutes.
- Thicken the sauce while pork is resting; in a small bowl, mix cornstarch with the cold water until it's completely dissolved. Pour all the liquid from the Crock Pot into a small saucepan. Add the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes until mixture thickens. Slice Pork and pour the thickened sauce over it and serve.

- Place the pork tenderloin, carrots, onions, and pepper in the crock pot. I used a 6 quart slow cooker.
- In a small bowl combine the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
- Pour over the pork in the crock pot.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours or until pork is tender.
- When finished place the pork on a cookie sheet lined with foil (optional).
- Spoon extra sauce on top.
- Broil for 10 minutes or until brown.
- Slice and serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

- Peel and chop the potaoes, onion, apples and carrot add to crock pot.
- Add the pork tenderloin.
- Sprinkle with sage or poultry seasoning.
