This apple cider mule is festive and easy fall cocktail! This seasonal spin on the Moscow mule features cider and ginger beer.

- In a copper mug or glass, pour in the vodka, apple cider, and lime juice. Add the ginger beer.
- Add ice and garnish with a lime wedge and a thyme sprig or apple slice. If desired, sprinkle with a tiny hint of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
CLASSIC CRANBERRY MOSCOW MULE
This Cranberry Moscow Mule is a lovely Christmas sipper. Also known as a Yule Mule, this twist on the classic cocktail highlights cranberry juice! Makes 1 drink, but can easily be made into a pitcher.

- In a copper mug (or another glass that you'll serve this drink in) filled with ice, measure out the unsweetened cranberry juice, vodka, simple syrup and lime juice.

MOSCOW MULE
This is a super easy cocktail to just eyeball and make to taste. If you want, just squeeze a half of a lime into the cocktail instead of measuring. The traditional copper moscow mule mug is optional, but it just doen't feel like the same without one. The refreshing chill coming through the copper mug.Ginger Beer Note: Ginger Beer is not the same as gingerale (gingerale will work in a pinch). Ginger beer is usually less sweet and has more of a ginger "bite". Every brand will vary, so find the one that you like. Goslings Ginger Beer & Barritt's Ginger Beer are common choices & a good starting point.

- Place 1 1/2 cups (about 6 ounces) frozen or fresh cranberries, 1 cup water, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, strips of orange peel, and sprigs of rosemary in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until cranberries have burst, about 15 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a medium bowl and allow the syrup to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate the syrup in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
- In a pitcher, combine the bottle of pinot noir, juice of 1 navel orange, and 6-8 tbsp of simple syrup according to your taste. Stir well.
- In a copper mug, pour 3/4 cup of the wine mixture over 1/3 crushed ice. Top with 1/2 cup ginger beer and 1/3 cup sparkling water. Garnish with sugared cranberry skewers, twist of orange, and a sprig of rosemary.
