This easy Yogurt Dip is made with a few ingredients and can be put together in just 5 minutes. It is fresh, creamy and flavorful, perfect to enjoy with veggies, fries or as a topping for kebabs.

1 cup Yogurt (plain full-fat, can also use greek yogurt )
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Thyme (I used dried )
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Lime juice

Steps:

  • Take a cup of yogurt and whisk it.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme to the yogurt.
  • Then add salt to taste along with a pinch of pepper. Add olive oil and lime juice. Whisk all the ingredients together until they become creamy.
  • Enjoy this creamy healthy yogurt dip!

Steps:

  • In a medium-size mixing or serving bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, parsley, cilantro, green onion, and celery salt. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  • Keep in the fridge covered until further use. Serve up with meats, seafood or veggies as a dip.

2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh chives (from a small bunch)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 small garlic clove
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine the yogurt, 2 tablespoons water, rice vinegar, olive oil, chives, parsley, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving. The dressing will keep, refrigerated, for up to 3 days.

  • If you grate the cucumber (which I prefer over chopping it) you need to get the excess water out of the cucumber. I wrap it in a kitchen towel and squeeze the water out until it is almost dry. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well. I do make this dip a few hours before I am going to serve it. You can make it ahead of time and it will taste delicious but the water will start to come out of the yogurt and cucumbers so you will need to mix until it comes back together.
