Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, soy milk, honey and canola oil. Pour into an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Scoop ice cream into serving bowls, and garnish with chopped almonds.

⅔ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Stir the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract together until the sugar has dissolved. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions until it reaches "soft-serve" consistency. Transfer to a one- or two-quart plastic container with a lid; cover surface with plastic wrap and seal. For best results, frozen yogurt should ripen in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.

2 cups Almond Breeze Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup nut butter of choice, (or allergy-friendly sub)
1/3 cup sweetener of choice, (sugar free if desired)
1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • *If you don't have an ice cream maker or high-speed blender, see these directions.Whisk together all ingredients. If you have an ice cream maker, simply pour the mixture in and churn according to manufacturer's instructions for your specific machine. Or if you have a high-speed blender such as a vitamix, pour the whisked ingredients into ice cube trays and freeze, then blend the frozen cubes until smooth, using the machine's tamper to help it blend evenly. Either eat straight from the machine or freeze an hour for a firmer texture. Due to the lack of preservatives and filler ingredients, homemade ice cream is best the day it's made - however you can technically freeze for up to a month and thaw before eating.View Nutrition Facts

2 CUPS SILK VANILLA OATMILK OR ORIGINAL OATMILK 2 cups Silk Original Soy Creamer or French Vanilla Soy Creamer 1/2 cup honey, agave or sugar 1 vanilla bean 2 Tbsp arrowroot or cornstarch Special tools: ice cream maker

Steps:

  • Place Silk and Silk Creamer in a medium saucepan and whisk in honey, agave or sugar. Slice vanilla bean in half lengthwise, and use the tip of a knife to scrape the seeds from the bean into the saucepan. Add bean pod as well. Bring mixture to a simmer over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and remove about 1/4 cup from the pan and whisk it together with the arrowroot in a small bowl. Whisk the arrowroot mixture back into the pan, cover and let the mixture infuse for 20 minutes. Cool completely and process in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.NOTE: If you don't have a vanilla bean, add 2 tsp vanilla extract when removing mixture from heat. You may also add fresh fruit or any other flavorings you desire.

1/3 cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
optional: 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen berries, 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate-flavored), or add-ins of choice

Steps:

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  • Place mixed ingredients into your ice cream maker (I use the KitchenAid ice cream attachment)
  • Mix for 35-40 minutes or until consistency is reached with your ice cream maker.
  • Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Remove for 1-2 minutes before serving

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl; whisk everything together until the sugar and cocoa dissolve.
  • Turn the ice cream machine on and pour mixture into the freezer bowl.
  • Let mix until thickened, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Place mixture in a freezer container and freeze until firm enough to scoop.
  • Garnish with a light dusting of cocoa powder. (optional).
