Steps:

  • Put all in a blender, except nutmeg.
  • Pour into a glass, top with dash of nutmeg.

1 cup skim milk or 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond extract) or 1 teaspoon instant coffee
sugar substitute

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until all ice is crushed and milk shake is thick.
  • It really does become thick.
