1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
1 cup boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice (less if you don't want to much lemon)
1 (14 ounce) can Carnation Evaporated Milk, well chilled
1 graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool until slightly thickened.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with mixer until smooth. Add thickened Jell-O and beat well.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the Carnation milk until fluffy. Add cream cheese/Jell-O mixture and beat well with mixer.
  • Line bottom of 9 x 13-pan with crushed Graham crackers, if not using pre-made crust.
  • Spread filling over and top with more crushed Graham crackers. Chill.

No Bake Woolworth Cheesecake is a classic, light and lemony dessert and will be the perfect addition to your Easter or Mother's Day menu!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 3oz lemon Jell-0
1 cup boiling water
1 box graham cracker crumbs (3 cups) more for thicker crust (divided)
1 stick melted butter
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk, well chilled (or 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream)

Steps:

  • Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool until slightly thickened.
  • Mix 3/4 graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended, press into bottom of the 9 X 13 pan to form a crust. Save rest of crumbs to sprinkle on top of dessert.
  • Beat the Evaporated milk/heavy cream until fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with mixer until smooth.
  • Add thickened Jell-O and slowly mix in whipped evaporated milk.
  • Spread filling over the crust and sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs on top.
  • Chill at least 2 hours and up to overnight, store covered in refrigerator.

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (13 ounce) can Milnot Condensed Milk, whipped
3 cups graham cracker crumbs (or less if desired)
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Chill until slightly thickened.
  • Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  • Add the gelatin and blend well.
  • Fold it stiffly whipped milnot (this can be done with electric mixer) Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together;pack 2/3 of mixture on bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch pan (or larger).
  • Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  • Chill several hours or overnight.
  • Cut into squares and serve plain or garnish with fruit.

2 cups pretzels, crushed
3 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup melted margarine
2 small boxes of peach Jell-o
2 cups boiling water
1 large can peaches, reserve juice
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
8 oz cool whip

Steps:

  • Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and margarine; press in a 9x13-inch pan and bake for about 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix jell-o, boiling water and juice from peaches (about 1/2 cup); stir well. Refrigerate until thickened. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread over cool crust. Add cut up peaches. Pour thickened jell-o over all. Refrigerate overnight.

1 (3-oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tall can (13-oz.) chilled Milnot, whipped
3 cups Graham cracker crumbs (or less if desired)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened (I chill this until it is the consistency of an uncooked egg white).
  • Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add the gelatin and blend well. Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot. (this can be done with and electric mixer).
  • Mix Graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together; pack 2/3 of the mixture on bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch pan (or larger). Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours or overnight.
  • Cut into squares and serve plain (my favorite way) or garnished with fruit.
