Steps:
- Mix the flour, cayenne and salt together in a bowl.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with flour mixture until they are evenly coated (or you can do it the Shake n' Bake way and put it all in a large and coat 5 or so wings at a time so they get evenly covered).
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Make Wingers Freakin Amazing Sauce (below)
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees.
- Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown.
- Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add sauce mixture and stir together.
- Heat up hot sauce, brown sugar, and water in a saucepan until all the sugar dissolves.
- Remove sauce from heat and allow it to cool to room temperature before adding to wings OR prepare ahead of time and refrigerate.
- The wings turn out best if you don't pour warm sauce over them. You want it nice and thick.

Steps:
- Prepare the chicken strips according to package directions. I like to fry mine in vegetable oil. If you want to use this method, this is how I do it: fill a pot with oil about 2 inches deep. Heat oil to 375°F. Add half of the chicken strips to the oil and fry for 7 minutes. Use kitchen tongs to transfer the chicken strips to a paper towel lined plate. Fry the other half of the chicken strips.
- Once the chicken strips have been fried/baked or prepared how you wish, transfer the chicken to a large bowl. Drizzle the sauce overtop of the chicken and toss to coat. Serve warm with a side of ranch dressing.

- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Slice chicken breasts into strips. Add strips and flour to a large ziplock bag. Toss to coat. (I did this in 2 batches to make it easier to coat the chicken) Place panko bread crumbs in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, whisk together egg and water. Place flour coated chicken into egg then press into bread crumbs on all sides. Place butter on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet and place in the oven to melt it. Once butter is melted, add chicken fingers and bake on 1 side for 10 minutes. Carefully turn chicken over and bake on the other side for 10 more minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
- Add brown sugar and hot sauce to a medium sauce pan and stir over medium-high heat until melted and mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder and water until smooth.
- Once chicken is done, toss in sauce and drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with green onions or chives. Enjoy!
