OUR VERSION OF WINGER'S WINGS WITH FREAKIN' AMAZING SAUCE
Our Wingers Wings with Freakin' Amazing Sauce tastes exactly like the restaurant version, but super easy to make at home. Sweet, spicy, completely addicting!

Steps:
- Mix the flour, cayenne and salt together in a bowl.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with flour mixture until they are evenly coated (or you can do it the Shake n' Bake way and put it all in a large and coat 5 or so wings at a time so they get evenly covered).
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Make Wingers Freakin Amazing Sauce (below)
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees.
- Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown.
- Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add sauce mixture and stir together.
- Heat up hot sauce, brown sugar, and water in a saucepan until all the sugar dissolves.
- Remove sauce from heat and allow it to cool to room temperature before adding to wings OR prepare ahead of time and refrigerate.
- The wings turn out best if you don't pour warm sauce over them. You want it nice and thick.

AMAZING AND EASY CHICKEN WINGS
These chicken wings are surprisingly delicious for how few ingredients are involved! I made them for the first time at a football party, and within 10 minutes everyone had eaten all 5 pounds!

Steps:
- Mix brown sugar, mustard, and soy sauce together in a bowl. Measure 1/4 cup marinade for basting and transfer to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate.
- Place wings in a large resealable bag. Pour remaining marinade over wings, coating well. Seal and marinate wings at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Remove chicken wings from resealable bag and transfer to a baking sheet. Discard marinade.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Baste wings with reserved 1/4 cup marinade; cook, basting every 10 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 30 more minutes.

WINGER'S CREAMY AMAZING CHICKEN PIZZA

- Make Winger's sauce by combining buffalo sauce, water, and brown sugar in medium saucepan over medium heat. Heat to a simmer and cook for a few minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside. Get your dough ready in the way you want (thickness, shape) and preheat oven according to directions for dough. Spread ranch dressing over dough. Mix shredded chicken with 3 tablespoons of the Winger's sauce. Spread over ranch dressing. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and then spread onions on top. Cook according to crust directions, until the cheese is melted and crust is cooked through.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or medium baking sheet.
- Place chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until no longer pink, and juices run clear. Cool, then either shred or chop into small pieces.
- Unroll dough, and press into the prepared pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake crust for 7 minutes in the preheated oven, or until it begins to turn golden brown. Remove from oven.
- Spread ranch dressing over partially baked crust. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese. Place tomatoes, green onion, and chicken on top of mozzarella cheese, then top with Cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- take prebake pizza crust and spread with blue cheese and hot sauce combined over all like it was pizza sauce. Any extra can be used on the side for dipping.
- In a large skillet cook cut up chicken with all the spices and butter over medium heat until cooked thru.( can cook carrot and celery at this time and put on pizza if desired). I cut mine up small or shred up more once cooked). chicken goes on next. Sprinkle now with shredded cheese.

- Sprinkle chicken with steak seasoning on both sides. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. - Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line 2 jellyroll pans or cookie sheets with foil. Arrange the chicken wings, skin side up, on the foil. In a bowl combine the pizza sauce, vinegar, pizza seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix to combine and set 1/2 cup of the mixture aside. Brush wings with sauce mixture, making sure to coat both sides. Bake wings for 20 to 30 minutes Remove them from oven when they are crispy. Brush the cooked wings with the remaining sauce and serve.
