Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the celery, onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook and stir until the vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, increase the heat to medium-high, and stir until crumbly and browned, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup, chili sauce, water, parsley, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, mustard powder, chili powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

WIMPY MAC
We absolutely loved the ease of making this delicious macaroni and cheese in the pressure cooker. The noodles are cooked to perfection; the sweet peppers and onions become nice and tender. Browned sausage adds a lovely savory flavor and a hint of spice. Mix in the cheese and you have a perfect, gooey mac and cheese.

Steps:
- 1. I use a pressure cooker. Put noodles all vegetables, water, Better than Broth, butter and Parmesan cheese in the pressure cooker. Close lid. Cook high pressure for 6 mins.
- 2. While the pressure cooker is doing its thing, fry the sausage and crumble small. Drain. Shred or slice cheese very thin (or buy shredded).
- 3. When the pressure cooker is done do a quick release. Add the meat and cheese stir it in until cheese has melted.
- 4. Let set for about 5 to 10 minutes (it will thicken up).
- 5. If you do not have a pressure cooker do the noodles and everything in step one on the stove. Boil the water and broth before adding the noodles and vegetables ( also add an extra cup of water). After noodles are done drain most of the liquid but leave some. Then add your cooked meat and cheese. Oh, wait on the Parmesan cheese too till after draining water.

- Mix together the cheese and macaroni in the pie dish. Thorough mix together the remaining ingredients EXCEPT THE BASIL in a 4-cup measuring cup, and pour over the macaroni and cheese. Push down any macaroni on the surface - it must all be covered with liquid.
- Bake for 40 - 50 minutes until the top is all puffy, and the macaroni are completely cooked. A knife inserted into the pie should come out clean. I tented foil over the pie after 20 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Sprinkle a little slivered basil over the pie just before serving.

- Cook the pasta 2 minutes less than on the package directions in well salted water. It should be barely al dente. Remove the pasta to a large bowl and add the cauliflower to the boiling water. Cook until just tender, about 7 minutes. Drain, retaining 1/2 cup of the pasta-cauliflower water, and add to the bowl of pasta.
- Melt 1 1/2 Tbsp of the butter in a medium heavy pot over medium heat. Whisk in the flour, and cook for 1 minute, continuing to whisk. Gradually whisk in the milk and continue to whisk until thickened, about 2 - 3 minutes, and gradually whisk in the water. When it thickens again, whisk in the grated cheese, salt and pepper. Lower the temperature to low.
- Whisk together the Bang Bang Sauce and add to the cheese. Add 2 cups of the Bang Bang cheese sauce to the pasta and cauliflower and toss. Add more as desired. I used 2 1/2 cups, but the recipe should make about 3 cups.
