Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup 2% milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place the milk, berries and sugar in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.

1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
16 pineapple chunks
6 fresh strawberries
15 frozen raspberries
10 frozen blackberries
15 frozen blueberries
3 ounces fat-free or reduced fat berry yogurt (optional)
ice cubes

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

This basic smoothie recipe is a great way to sneak in veggies like spinach. But you can mix up the flavor by using other fruits, such as raspberries, peaches, or cherries. You can also add dairy-free yogurt instead of protein powder for a dose of probiotics. Or you can add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for a chocolaty taste! Mix it up and have fun!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk beverage, plus additional if needed
¾ cup frozen organic strawberries
½ cup frozen wild blueberries (can substitute raspberries)
1 scoop plain dairy-free protein powder
2 tablespoon frozen spinach, thawed (or ¼ cup fresh baby spinach leaves)
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup crushed ice

Steps:

  • Put the milk beverage, frozen fruit, protein powder, spinach, maple syrup, flaxseed, and cinnamon in your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  • Add the ice, pulse it a few times, and then blend until smooth. If your wild berry smoothie is too thick, blend in more milk beverage as needed.

1 cup Orange Juice
3 oz Berry Yogurt, Low Fat or Fat Free
4-5 Ice Cubes

Steps:

  • Directions:Take a blender or food processor and add pineapple chunks, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, wild blueberries, yogurt, ice cubes and orange juice in a blender.Blend until smooth texture has formed.Check its consistency and add more juice to reduce the thickness or add more fruits to thicken to get your desired consistency. Blend it again until mixture becomes smooth.Wild berry smoothie with yogurt is ready.Pour it in chilled serving glasses, garnish witg mint leaf and fresh blueberries and serve with a large straw.
