HOMEMADE WINE COOLERS

Steps:

• Pour wine into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
• When cubes are frozen, plop 1 or 2 into a glass of ginger ale. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes so the cubes melt a little; stir.

WHITE WINE COOLER

Steps:

• Slice orange and set aside. Add wine, peaches and their syrup, liqueur, orange juice, and sugar to a large pitcher, and stir to combine. Add orange slices to pitcher. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour into 6 wine glasses and serve immediately.;

• Put the sugar and water in 10-ounce highball glass and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the orange juice and ice cubes and fill with any chilled red or white wine. Garnish a Red Wine Cooler with a slice or lemon, a White Wine Cooler with a slice of orange.
