- In a large heatproof bowl, add boiling wine to gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in chilled club soda. Refrigerate until thickened but not firm, about 45 minutes. Stir in berries and grapes. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Unmold onto a serving platter.

- Put all the ingredients (except the ice, water and flowers) into two large jugs and put in the fridge for at least 1 hr to chill. Just before serving, top up with the ice and water. Pop a few edible flowers in the jug, if you like.

- Bring grape juice to boil in small saucepan. Add to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda, lemon and lime juices. Place bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice water. Let stand 10 min. or until gelatin is thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in half the fruit. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish with remaining fruit.

- Wash and slice the fruit to your liking. I recommend slicing the grapes in half, and other fruits into cubes or thin slices.
