Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ounce half-and-half or light cream (1/4 cup)
1 ounce bourbon (2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon honey
0.25 teaspoon vanilla
Ice cubes
Ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a cocktail shaker combine half-and-half, bourbon, honey, and vanilla. Cover and shake well for several seconds to dissolve the honey. Add ice cubes to fill the cocktail shaker half full. Cover and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Enjoy a springtime twist on a brandy alexander with a white rabbit cocktail. It's a blend of amaretto, cream, lemon curd and vanilla, finished with flowers

80ml gin
50ml amaretto
50ml double cream
1 tsp lemon curd
¼ tsp vanilla paste
handful of ice
edible flowers , to serve

Steps:

  • Put the gin, amaretto, double cream, lemon curd and vanilla paste into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into two small cocktail or coupe glasses and garnish with edible flowers before serving.
