Very good chili, sometime I make a little rice on the side to serve in the bowl with the chili. Delicious.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery; cook until the onion is translucent. Put the turkey, beans, chicken broth, corn and green chilies into the pot. Season with cumin and hot pepper sauce. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Ladle chili into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese and chopped parsley.

- Stir chicken, white beans, chicken broth, white corn, green salsa, green chilies, tomato, cilantro, green onion, lemon juice, and lime juice together in the crock of a slow cooker.

- In a large saucepan, saute the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add the beans, broth, chiles and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. , Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and cream. If desired, top with tortilla chips, cheese and jalapenos.
