2.5 ounces dry sake
1-ounce vodka
Chipped ice
1 Japanese cucumber, cut into 1/4-inch rounds, for garnish

Steps:

Combine sake and vodka in a cocktail shaker with the chipped ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of Japanese cucumber.

1/2 lime, juiced
3 ounces lychee infused sake
Lychee fruit
1 ounce Pomegranate juice

Steps:

Squeeze the lime juice into a martini shaker. Add ice 2/3rds of the way up the shaker. Add lychee infused sake. Shake vigorously. Place a lychee fruit in a martini glass.
Strain the cocktail into the glass. Pour the pomegranate juice gently into the martini glass for a floating effect.

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine sake, white chocolate liqueur and hazelnut liqueur and stir. Add a splash of cream. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a little nutmeg and a piece of white chocolate candy bar.
