HOMEMADE FRENCH DRESSING
This is my family's favorite dressing for everyday dinner salad.

Steps:
- Combine sugar, oil, ketchup, vinegar, onion, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender; puree until dressing is smooth. Transfer dressing to a resealable container.
- Pierce garlic clove with a tooth pick; drop garlic into the dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Heat vinegar and honey in small sauce pan until thoroughly blended.
- Add remaining ingredients, except oil, and blend thoroughly in blender, food processor or with hand mixer. Gradually add vegetable oil and blend well.

- Peel and mince the garlic and onion. Cook it with the vegetable broth in a small pot for 10 minutes. The veggies should be soft and the liquid reduced to about the half. Pour it into a bowl and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
