White hot chocolate mix is a delicious twist on regular cocoa mix. This easy white hot chocolate recipe is sure to please the white chocolate fans in your house this winter.

- Put all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend until everything turns into an even, fine powder.
- To make a cup of white hot chocolate, fill the bottom third of the cup with the mix, and fill with hot water. Stir to mix thoroughly.
WHITE CHOCOLATE MARTINI
Steps:
- Gather your ingredients.
- In a cocktail shaker, pour the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and cream. Fill with ice.
- Shake well -at least 30 seconds to fully incorporate the cream.
- Strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass .
- Garnish with white chocolate shavings. Serve and enjoy.

- Using a vegetable peeler, shave milk chocolate into curls; set aside.
- Place white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl; set aside. Place milk and cream in a medium saucepan set over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around edges of pan, about 4 minutes. Immediately pour mixture over white chocolate. When chocolate begins to melt, stir to combine. Whisk in vanilla. Continue whisking until a light foam forms.
- Serve immediately garnished with peppermint sticks, whipped cream, and chocolate curls.
