1-1/2 teaspoons plus 3/4 cup butter, softened, divided
3 cups sugar
1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk (about 2/3 cup)
1 package (12 ounces) white baking chips
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line a 13x9-in. pan with foil; grease foil with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter., In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk and remaining 3/4 cup butter; bring to a rapid boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in baking chips and marshmallow creme until melted. Stir in vanilla. Immediately spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm, 1-2 hours. , Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container.

  • Grease an 8x8-inch square baking dish.
  • Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cherries and almond extract. Pour fudge into prepared baking dish and spread into a smooth layer. Cover and refrigerate until firm, 1 to 2 hours.

This recipe is similar to one of my favorite dark fudge recipes. I'll frequently make my white fudge to give as gifts for Christmas and Valentine's Day. It's an interesting contrast to all of the darker candies-and the cream cheese gives it such a nice rich and creamy texture! My husband and I live on the farm where he was born and raised. We have five children, ranging in age from 17 to 7. I enjoy playing the organ, singing, reading, walking and may crafts.

4 cups confectioners' sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups sugar
1 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Pinch of kosher salt
3 cups white chocolate chips (about 18 ounces)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 candy canes, crushed (about 1/4 cup)

Steps:

  • Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with foil. Bring the marshmallows, sugar, cream, butter and salt to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue to stir until the marshmallows melt and the sugar dissolves. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the white chocolate chips and vanilla, and stir until the chips are completely melted.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and scatter the candy canes over the top. Let cool to room temperature, then wrap and refrigerate until chilled and firm, about 2 hours. Using the foil, lift the fudge from the pan and put on a cutting board. Cut the fudge into 1-inch squares.

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 bag of white chocolate chips
Sprinkles (optional)

Steps:

  • Line an 8" x 8" pan with aluminum foil or spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a medium-size microwave safe bowl. Pour the entire bag of white chocolate chips into the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave the mixture on high for 60 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stir.
  • Return the bowl to the microwave for another 60 seconds. Stir again.
  • The chips should all be melted, but if they're not, put the bowl back into the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir.
  • If you want to add any type of extract, do it now and stir quickly.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined or sprayed pan. Gently stir in your choice of sprinkles or other additions.
  • Put the pan in a cool spot in the kitchen or in the refrigerator. Let it set for an hour.
  • Cut into 1-1/2-inch squares.
  • Serve and enjoy!

12 oz white chocolate (chips or bark)
3/4 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese with mixer. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until smooth. Melt white chocolate in microwave making sure not to overcook, by cooking one minute at a time, then stirring. Add melted chocolate to mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
6-8 ounces white almond bark
15-20 miniature candy canes (crushed)

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium-low heat until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and add in the vanilla. Mix well.
  • Quickly pour the mixture into a pan that has been lined with parchment paper and spread it out in the pan.
  • Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top and press them into the fudge mixture.
  • Let the fudge cool until hard - about 4 hours or overnight (or put in the refrigerator to cool quicker).
  • Cut the fudge into pieces and melt the almond bark according to the directions (I heat mine in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until melted and smooth).
  • Drizzle the almond bark over the fudge and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
