1 cup butter ((softened))
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • **Melt the white chocolate in advance and allow it to come to room temperature. If it is hot when you add it to the whipped butter, it will melt the butter and the texture of the frosting will be off.
  • Using a stand mixer, beat the butter for 2 minutes until it is almost white in appearance. Drizzle in the white chocolate, mixing and scraping the bowl as needed as you pour it in.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Beat the frosting for 2-3 minutes until the frosting is smooth and creamy.

7 whole cinnamon graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
FILLING:
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
8 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
STRAWBERRY SAUCE:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
Red food coloring, optional
Melted white chocolate

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of a greased 10-in. springform pan. , In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs and yolks; beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in white chocolate. Pour over crust. Place pan on a baking sheet. , Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until center is just set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. , For sauce, in a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth. Add strawberries. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in a few drops of food coloring if desired. Cool. , Spread strawberry sauce over top of cheesecake; drizzle with melted white chocolate. Refrigerate leftovers.

A white cake recipe that is light, fluffy, full of flavor and easy to make! A great base recipe for any baker that can be adapted to other recipes.This recipe makes enough batter for two 8"x2" round cakes or three 6"x2" tall cakes

8 oz unsalted butter (room temp)
14 oz sugar
6 large egg whites (fresh not boxed at room temp)
14 oz AP flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp almond extract (use clear for a whiter cake)
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 oz milk (room temp)
2 oz vegetable oil
8 oz pasteurized egg whites (room temperature)
32 oz powdered sugar
32 oz unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
6 oz white chocolate
1 oz warm water
1 tsp warm brown food coloring
2 tsp Truly Mad Plastics super gold
1 Tbsp Everclear (lemon extract or rose water can be used )

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 335ºF and prepare two 8"x2" cake pans with cake goop or another preferred pan release.
  • Combine milk, oil and extracts and set aside
  • Combine your flour, baking powder and salt and set aside
  • Place butter in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment and cream until smooth. Sprinkle in your sugar and then let whip on high until light and white (about 5 minutes)
  • Add the egg whites one at a time (roughly) to the butter mixture while mixing on low and let fully combine after each addition before adding the next. If your egg whites aren't at room temperature you can microwave them for a few seconds. Be careful not to cook them! Cold egg whites will curdle the batter.
  • Add in 1/3 of your dry ingredients to the egg/butter mixture and mix on low until just combined. Then add in 1/2 of your liquids, then dry, then liquids and the rest of your dry. Let mix until just combined.
  • Add batter into prepared cake pans and bake at 335º F for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the center.
  • Let cool ten minutes then turn out cakes onto a cooling rack. Wrap warm and place into the freezer to flash chill. This locks in the moisture. Once cool but not frozen you can then trim off the brown edges of your cakes and frost as desired. Chill cake.
  • Combine egg whites and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl with the whisk attachment. Whisk to combine on low then whisk on high, adding in your butter in small chunks, vanilla and salt. Turn mixer up to high and whip until light, fluffy and white.
  • Melt chocolate and water in the microwave and whisk until smooth. Add in a couple drops of food coloring. Let cool to about 90 degrees before attempting to drip over the chilled cake. Once chocolate is set, you can combine the everclear and gold dust to make a paint and paint the drip. *note: this is a non-toxic gold dust

½ cup hot water
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the flour and baking soda; set aside.
  • Chop the white chocolate and place it in a medium bowl. Pour the hot water over it and stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks one at a time, then stir in the melted white chocolate and vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk, mixing just until incorporated.

Fluffiest White Chocolate Icing is silky smooth, melt-in-your-mouth icing. It is satiny smooth, less sweet, and quite unusual. It's made with a sweet white chocolate roux and mixed with butter until light and fluffy.

1 cup whole milk (2% can be used)
1/2 cup sugar
5 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup white chocolate baking chips
1 cup unsalted butter (Room temperature. Salted butter can be used just omit the salt)
pinch salt
2 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan stir flour and sugar together. Whisk in the milk. Place the pan over low heat and cook until the mixture begins to heat up and the sugar begins to dissolve. Add white chocolate baking chips and whisk until the chips melt. Continue mixing until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Press the plastic wrap (or waxed or parchment paper) against the top of the hot mixture. Refrigerate until completely cool. This can be made a few days in advance and kept in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Remove butter from the refrigerator to soften. Don't let the butter warm too much. Just until your finger presses into the butter easily and the hole still holds its shape.
  • In a large mixing bowl beat the butter until very light yellow and fluffy. Begin to add the white chocolate roux one heaping tablespoon at a time. Beating and whipping the after each addition. Once all of the roux has been incorporated into the butter, add the vanilla and a pinch of salt. Continue mixing for another 3-4 minutes. The icing is now ready to use.
  • Carefully spoon icing into a pastry bag fitted with the desired tip. Pipe swirls onto cupcakes. This should be enough to ice 18 -20 cupcakes depending on how thick you pipe the icing. Alternatively, spread icing on cupcakes with a spatula or butter knife.

Steps:
