White Chocolate Espresso Vodka Martinis Recipes

WHITE CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO MARTINI

Steps:

• Chill a Martini glass by placing ice in it
• Put some ice in a cocktail shaker
• Pour all the ingredients except the chocolate curls over ice and shake
• Pour in a chilled martini glass
• Garnish with white chocolate shavings and mint

WHITE CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO MARTINI

Steps:

• Chill martini glass for at least 10 minutes. If desired, coat the rim with a drizzle of white chocolate ganache.
• In a cocktail shaker, add a few ice cubes and the white chocolate liqueur, vodka, and espresso. Shake well until combined and chilled, then strain into chilled glass.
• Serve immediately garnished with chocolate shavings, strawberries, and fresh mint if desired.

CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO MARTINI

Steps:

• Wipe the rim of a chilled, oversized martini glass with lemon wedge.
• Pour sugar and chocolate into a saucer and mix well.
• Dip glass rim in mixture and roll to thoroughly coat rim.
• Over a large handful of ice in a cocktail shaker, pour espresso, vodka, and creme de cacao. Shake until frothy. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish rim with a twist and stand back.

WHITE CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO-VODKA MARTINIS

Steps:

• Combine the water and espresso powder in a large measuring cup. Whisk to dissolve. Set aside to cool. Pour into 2 ice cube trays. Freeze until solid, at least 8 hours. Transfer the ice cubes to a resealable plastic bag and store in the freezer for up to 3 days.
• Combine the half-and-half and white chocolate in a small bowl. Place over a small pan of barely simmering water. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes. Cool the chocolate mixture, whisking occasionally. Scrape the chocolate mixture into a blender. Add the vodka, sugar, vanilla and espresso ice cubes. Blend until smooth, at least 1 minute.
• Pour into 4 large martini glasses. Garnish with grated white chocolate, if using, and serve.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Steps:

• Add ingredients to cocktail shaker: Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao, and espresso to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice.
• Shake cocktail and pour into glass: Shake the cocktail vigorously for 15-30 seconds, then strain into a martini or coupe glass.
• Garnish and serve cocktail: Garnish with the three coffee beans, placing them in a fan shape over the top of the drink. Serve.
