WHITE CHOCOLATE CASHEW CLUSTERS

Steps:

• Place cereal and nuts in a large bowl.
• Melt white chocolate in double boiler or microwave low and slow.
• Pour melted chocolate over dry ingredients and toss to coat. (Optional add-ins 1/2 -1 cup chopped Kraft caramels, Broken pretzel sticks or halved dried cranberries, etc.).
• Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
• Pour mixture onto parchment and spread into a single layer.
• Put in refridgerator to harden then break into bite sized pieces.
• Enjoy!

WHITE CHOCOLATE CRISPY CHRISTMAS CLUSTERS

Steps:

• 1. Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
• 2. Melt white chocolate almond bark in the top of a double boiler. Take off of heat as soon as the last chunk melts to avoid scorching.
• 3. Carefully, pour melted almond bark over cereal/nut mixture. Drop by spoonful onto parchment paper or aluminum foil. Allow to cool completely.

WHITE FANTASY CLUSTERS

Steps:

• Spray with cooking spray or grease 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and cashews.
• In 2-quart saucepan, melt candy coating over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Press in pan; cool slightly.
• In microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High about 1 minute or until chocolate can be stirred smooth (bowl will be hot). Drizzle chocolate over snack. Let stand about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Break into clusters. Store in airtight container.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CEREAL CLUSTERS

Steps:

• 1. Line 3 large baking sheets with waxed paper. Pour ingredients minus chocolate into large bowl and mix them up.
• 2. Heat a medium saucepan of water to simmering. Place chocolate in a glass or metal bowl and place over water. Heat, stirring until melted, about 3 minutes. Cool slightly.
• 3. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stir until all dry pieces are coated. Working QUICKLY, drop by heaping spoonfuls onto prepared sheets. Let stand at room temp until dry to the touch, about half an hour.
