WHISKEY HOT TODDY WITH CINNAMON
Looking for the perfect drink to push away the drudgery of winter? This warming beverage is sure to do the trick, thanks to tart lemon, spicy cinnamon and a glug of bourbon. And hey, you might even be able to cure your sniffles with this spiced take on a whiskey hot toddy.

Steps:
- Juice lemon and add juice to a glass with honey.
- Pour in bourbon and stir together with cinnamon stick. Pour hot water over cinnamon stick into the glass. Let steep for 5-6 minutes.
- Drink while hot!

- Whisk the whisky and honey together and split between 2 heatproof glasses. Add half of the cinnamon stick to each, then top up with 200ml boiling water.
- Add a splash of lemon juice to each, then taste and add more to your preference. Finish each with a slice of lemon, studded with a clove, and serve immediately.
