WHIPPED SWEET POTATOES WITH PEARS - REVIEW BY SING4JESUS ...
2009-12-17 A new twist on an old favorite. I loved adding the pears.....I even used an extra one. I didn't have enough sweet potatoes on hand (I used canned), so I added canned sliced carrots to the mix and it turned out great. I'm taking it to work tomorrow for Christmas dinner.

2021-05-07 Needs salt, step 5. Keep OJ to preserve color, or lemon or tomato juice or a dry wine. Make sure milk is evaporated, not regular. Reduce sugar if using canned pears. If adding egg(s) in step 3, be sure potatoes are cooled down and increase oven to 425.
