WHIPPED CARNATION NONFAT DRY MILK TOPPING
I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Note: Put the sweetner that you use in a food processor to make it fine.

- COMBINE ice water and dry milk in large mixer bowl. Freeze bowl, milk.

- 1. Place the first 3 ingredients in a 1 qt. bowl. Sprinkle the dry milk over the water. Beat with an electric mixer or beater for 4 minutes or with a rotary beater for 8 minutes until stiff.
- 2. Gradually beat in the sugar until it dissolves and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Chill for 30 minutes before using.
