Steps:
- Pour into a big bowl all the wet ingredients; the eggs, the milk, the whey, and mix vigorously and set aside.
- Into another bowl mix carefully the dry ingredients. When you are dry ingredients are well mixed add them to the wet ingredients and mix carefully, either by hand or with a mixer. Just make sure that there are no lumps of flour.
- To cook the waffles use a waffle iron or a waffle machine. Follow the instructions of the manufacturer.
