Steps:
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off liquids.
- Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Steps:
- if the taco meat/sloppy joe is leftover just put in a skillet to heat. if its raw chop meat just brown in skillet over medium high heat, pour off fat.
- stir in the broth and tomato soup, milk , cheddar cheese water and the uncooked pasta. reduce heat to medium and cook until the pasta is tender but still firm , about ten minutes stir often.
- and then just eat.

- Place the ground beef into a skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until no longer pink. Drain off fat and stir sloppy joe sauce into the beef. Warm the nacho cheese dip in the microwave until liquid.
- Pile the tortilla chips onto a serving platter. Spoon the ground beef over them and pour the cheese sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
