I received an email today with this copycat recipe listed. It appears to be different from the other one that is already posted on Zaar. "Everyone's favorite salad. Fresh greens, tender chicken, succulent oranges, and tasty toppings. It's the salad that'll satisfy any craving."

Steps:
- Add the dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend with a mixer until combined. Chill before serving.
- As the dressing chills, add chicken breasts to a pot of boiling water. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until cooked.
- Once the chicken is tender and no longer pink, remove from the pot and cut into bite sized pieces.
- Combine chicken and other remaining salad ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.

- 2. Cover and shake to mix well; set aside.
- 3. Combine stock with chicken and celery in medium bowl.
- 4. Pour dressing over chicken mixture; toss to mix well.
- 5. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
- 6. Add orange segments and almonds; toss gently before serving.

Cook and stir over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is tender and liquid has evaporated. , Meanwhile, for dressing, whisk mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, parsley, mustard, onion and remaining oil until blended. - Blend the first 14 sesame dressing ingredients (excluding vegetable oil and sesame seeds) in a blender on high.
- Gradually add in vegetable oil and sesame seeds and blend for a few seconds. Set dressing aside in refrigerator to

- Rub each chicken breast fillet with oil, then lightly season each piece with salt and pepper. Grill chicken over
- medium heat until done. Chill chicken breasts in refrigerator until cold.
- Once chicken is cold, the next step is to build each salad. Place the iceberg lettuce in a salad bowl and add the
- red leaf lettuce on top.
- Dice each chicken breast into small pieces and sprinkle the pieces over each salad.
