- Combine all ingredinets, except BBQ sauce, in a medium sized bowl.
- Coat a baking shet with cooking spray.
- Shape meatball imxture into 60 1" balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 until cooked through, about 25 minutes.
- Transfer meatballs into a chafing dish or crockpot to keep warm.
- Meanwhile heat BBQ sauce on stovetop or in microwave until hot.
- Pour sauce over cooked meatballs, toss gently and serve.
- Points figured for 2 meatballs per serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine beef, oats, egg whites, onions, garlic, parsley and oregano in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Shape beef mixture into 48 1" balls, place on baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 25 minutes.
- Transfer to a crockpot to keep warm and set on low.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over meatballs and let heat about 10 minutes.
- Points figured for 4 meatballs per serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 and spray a jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, lightly combine turkey, pepper, scallions, bread crumbs, egg white and soy sauce. Shape into 32 balls (about 1") and place on the pan. Bake until cooked through and browned, about 15 minutes. (In my oven, at least, 20 minutes is best).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweet and sour sauce with applesauce. Microwave on high until hot and bubbly (about 2 minutes).
- Stir the meatballs into the sauce and serve.

- Combine turkey, egg whites, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, garlic, and salt in a medium bowl. Shape about 1/4 c each of turkey mixture into balls; arrange on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake until turkey is no longer pink inside, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, excluding oil and salt; drain. Combine cooked spaghetti with sauce and warm over medium heat. Remove from heat, add meatballs and toss to coat. Yields about 3/4 heaping cup of spaghetti and 2 meatballs per serving.
