WEIGHT WATCHERS JUICY HAMBURGERS
This Worcestershire sauce- and garlic-spiked burger recipe is part of Weight Watchers Perfectly Simple series. Simply add a few highly flavored ingredients to lean ground beef and you can enjoy tasty burgers in minutes. Great toppings for these juicy patties include tomato and red onion slices, pickles and spicy mustard. 5 pts per serving.

Steps:
- Coat a large griddle, outdoor grill rack or stovetop grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1-inch thick each.
- Place burgers on hot griddle or grill and cook 5 minutes per side for medium (or longer until desired doneness).
- Serve burgers on buns with your favorite 0 POINTS value toppings.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet and sautes the peppers, onion, celery, celery and garlic until the onion is translucent (8-10 min).
- Add mushrooms and saute until mushrooms are brown and the liquid has evaporated (about 8 min).
- Cool to room temperature.
- Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray and preheat broiler.
- Combine mushroom mixture, beef, steak sauce, salt and pepper.
- Form into 4 burgers.
- Broil burgers 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

- Place mushrooms in food processor and pulse until minced. Transfer mushrooms to large bowl. Add beef, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. With damp hands, shape mixture into 4 (½-inch-thick) patties.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook, turning once, until instant-read thermometer inserted into side of burgers registers 160°F, about 10 minutes.

- To make burgers, pulse cremini mushrooms, shallots, mayonnaise, rosemary, and Worcestershire in a food processor until minced. Gently fold mushroom mixture turkey; shape into four 8.75 cm (3 1/2 inches)patties. Season burgers with salt and pepper; chill until ready to grill (can be prepped up to 12 hours before).

- When ready to cook, off heat, coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray; heat over mediumhigh heat. Cook burgers, flipping once, until an internal temperature of 70°C (165°F), 5-6 minutes per side. Top each fully cooked burger with a slice of cheese; cover briefly to melt cheese.
