1/2 cup of kodiak cake protein mix
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
2 tablespoon of FF plain greek yogurt
Dash of vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat a waffle iron over medium heat 3 to 5 setting.
  • In a bowl whisk together the kodiak cake mix, milk, egg, Greek Yogurt, and vanilla. Set aside.
  • Spray your waffle iron with cooking spray and pour 1/2 cup of batter in the center, close and cook until golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter or refrigerate the remaining.
  • Serving Size: 1 waffle
  • Makes 4 mini waffles

  • Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  • In a mixing bowl combine pancake mix, water, egg whites, and chopped strawberries
  • Fill mini muffin tins with the muffin batter and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • You can dip in sugar free maple syrup.

2/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup milk *I used skim
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 cups Kodiak cakes pancake mix *see picture
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup sprinkles

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F and spray a regular 12 hole muffin tin.
  • In a bowl whisk your eggs and add in brown sugar.
  • Mix in the apple sauce, milk and vanilla.
  • Stir in the Kodiak mix and baking powder, keep 1Tbsp of sprinkles aside for topping and fold in the rest.
  • Divide batter evenly over your 12 muffin cups, use remaining sprinkles on top then bake in the oven for 18 minutes.

1 1⁄3 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein packed whole grain buttermilk flapjack and waffle mix (13 Points)
3 eggs (0 Points)
1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (4 Points)
3 bananas ( 0 Points)
1 tsp vanilla extract (0 Points)
3 packets Truvia Calorie free sweetener from the stevia leaf ( 0 Points)
1⁄2 cup water (0 Points)
5 sprays cooking spray ( 0 Points)

Steps:

  • In a bowl Add 1 1/3 cups Kodiak cake mix
  • Crack and add 3 eggs
  • Add in 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • In another bowl Mash up 3 ripe bananas
  • Combine all the ingredients into one bowl.
  • Add ½ cup water
  • Add in 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Add in three truvia packets. ( Taste test the batter and add in more depending on how sweet you want your muffins!)
  • Use cooking spray in the muffin tin.
  • 10. Mix all together and divide into a regular sized 12 muffin pan tin
  • 11. Bake on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

1 medium banana (mashed)
1/2 cup fat free natural yogurt ((110g))
1 tsp vanilla extract / paste
1 large egg (separated)
3/4 cup Kodiak Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix ((80g))
2 - 3 tbsp water
½ cup blueberries (handful)
5 - 10 sprays of calorie controlled cooking oil

Steps:

  • In a medium sized bowl mash the banana until it is smooth and lump free.
  • Add the yogurt and vanilla extract/ paste to the mashed banana and stir to combine.
  • Add the Kodiak mixture and mix until smooth.
  • Separate the egg, placing the yolk in with the mashed banana mixture and the egg white into a clean bowl.
  • Mix the egg yolk into the banana mixture and add a couple of tablespoons of water to create a spoonable pancake batter.
  • Fold in the blueberries.
  • Whisk the egg white until it is light and fluffy and holds its shape.
  • Gently fold the egg white into the pancake mixture - this helps create a light and fluffy pancake.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over a medium heat and use a few sprays of calorie controlled cooking oil to ensure that your pancakes don't stick to the pan.
  • This amount of mixture will make approx 6 pancakes - I use around 1.5 tablespoons of mixture per pancake.
  • Cook the pancakes for a few minutes until the undersides have turned golden brown. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until firm.
  • Serve warm with some chopped berries and (low point) syrup.
  • Enjoy and remember to track!

1 Cup of Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Oats Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix ( Or any flavor you like - the Dark Chocolate is Delicious also)

Steps:

  • Take your Bananas and peel them.
  • Place your Bananas in a large bowl and smash them really good with a fork until they are really mushy.
  • Now add in your eggs to the Bananas and mix together well.
  • Now add your Kodiak Cake Mix and stir everything together. Mix it well.
  • Take out your regular size Muffin pan and spray the holes with some Olive Oil Spray so the Muffins do not stick.
  • Now take your Muffin mixture and pour the batter into each Muffin hole - fill each hole about halfway with the mixture.
  • Now place into the oven at 350 F Degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • When cooking time is complete remove from the oven and let cool.
  • When removing the Muffins from the pan just run a butter knife around the edges and they should pop right out easily.
  • Now ready to eat...if you have any leftovers make sure to refrigerate them and just heat up in the Microwave when you want a snack.
