found this page of a mag whilst sorting out my recipes and figures since its near xmas people could do with some low points seafood recipes. this was from a weight watchers magazine Irrestiable in feb 2007

Steps:
- pat prawns dry with kitchen paper.
- mix harrissa with the honey in a small bowl then add the prawns stir to coat, cover and marinate for 30minutes in the fridge (you keep in fridge up to an hour).
- preheat grill to high, thread the prawns onto 2 short skewers (presoak if woodern to prevent burning), then grill for 5 minutes turning halfway through and drizzling with any leftover marinade.
- remove from the skewers and serve prawns with some watercress and a lime wedge each.

- Spray a wok or non-stick frying pan with low fat cooking spray and stir-fry the spring onions, cauliflower, garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes. Add the mangetout or sugar snap peas and cumin seeds and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
