1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings: Chopped lettuce and tomatoes, sliced ripe olives, sour cream and picante sauce

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Cook and stir until thickened, about 3 minutes; set aside. , Place chips in a greased 8-in. square baking dish. In a small bowl, stir refried beans; spread over chips. Top with beef mixture and cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 375° until heated through, 15-20 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Serve with sour cream and picante sauce.

1 ½ lbs. Ground beef
1 C. Onion chopped
3 oz. Cream cheese
1 Packet taco seasoning
1 Can green chilis
2-3 C. Fritos corn chips
1 C. Shredded taco blend cheese
1 Roma tomato chopped
1-2 C. Shredded lettuce
Salsa and sour cream for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the ground beef and onion in an oven safe skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Saute until the meat is browned and the onions have softened.
  • Add the taco seasoning, green chilis and cream cheese to the skillet, and saute until the cream cheese is completely melted and combined.
  • Top the mixture with the corn chips and then the shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and top with shredded lettuce and tomato.
  • Garnish with salsa and sour cream if desired.

1 1/2 cups water
2 cups corn chips
1 package 8oz. shredded Colby u0026amp; Monterey Jack Cheese
2 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain the liquid.
  • Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Cook according to directions on package.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Top the mixture with Frito chips and cheese. Cover.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the meat is fully heated, and the cheese melted. Uncover the baking dish during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Top casserole with tomatoes and lettuce.

6 (1.75 ounce) packages nacho cheese-flavored corn chips (such as Doritos®)

Steps:

1 medium onions, vidalia, peeled and chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 bag(s) taco doritos, crushed
2 c shredded 4 cheese mexican blend
2 oz cream cheese
1 bag(s) shredded lettuce
2 1/4 oz canned sliced black olives
1 jar(s) salsa
10 oz enchilada sauce
4 1/2 oz canned chopped green chiles
16 oz sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Brown ground beef with onion. Add taco mix seasoning according to instructions.
  • 2. Add green chilies, enchilada sauce and cream cheese.

2 packets taco seasoning
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
1 bag cool ranch Doritos
1 can cheddar cheese sauce
1 (15.5oz) jar chunky salsa
2 cups shredded cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 glass dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Brown the ground beef (or turkey); drain. Add taco seasoning and water, according to package directions.
  • In a large bowl, mix both kinds of Doritos and slightly crush the chips.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cheddar cheese sauce and salsa together.
  • Layer half the chips to the bottom of the baking dish and then layer the taco meat.
