VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• In a 6 quart pot combine sugar and 7 cups water. Bring to boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in tea powder while hot. Add orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and 2 cups cold water. Chill in refrigerator.
• When cold mix in vodka. Pour into a plastic container leaving room on top for expansion. Freeze or 24 hours.
• To serve, scoop about 1 cup into a tall glass and quickly stir in 1/3 cup lemon-lime soda.

PINK LEMONADE VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• In an empty one-gallon ice cream pail, combine lemonade concentrate, vodka, and 2 liter bottle of soda. Chill at least 8 hours, overnight, or up to a month in advance.
• Remove from freezer 1 - 2 hours before serving. As the slush melts, it will become easier to scrape and serve.
• To serve, add 1 cup slush to a glass (a ladle works well). Top with additional soda as desired.

LEMON VODKA SLUSH

Steps:

• In a large saucepan over a high heat, stir together the water and granulated sugar or artificial sweetener. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat down to medium-low. Leave to bubble for 10 minutes, until the sugar/sweetener has completely dissolved.
• Pour the simple syrup into 29-cup plastic freezer-safe container. Leave to cool to room temperature for around 30 minutes.
• When the simple syrup has cooled, stir in the rest of the ingredients (pineapple juice, vodka, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and 4 cups of Sprite/7Up/sparkling water). Place the container in the freezer for at least 24 hours to set.
• When you're ready to serve, use an ice cream scoop to scoop out enough of the lemon vodka slush to fill a glass and pour over extra Sprite/7Up until it reaches the rim. Mix the drink with a straw or spoon to make it slushy then serve immediately.

VODKA-LEMON SLUSH

Steps:

• In a large plastic container combine all ingredients (except sodas) and mix well.
• Cover& freeze overnight.
• To serve, scrape a large spoon across the top of the frozen mixture and place 1/2 cup of slush into a 8-oz glass.
• Fill with soda of choice.
