I am a bartender and line cook by trade so when I joined here this is the first Recipe I HAD to post. Great for a romantic Midnight Supper or the Brunch the next morning.

- Place the bitters in a tall glass and combine them with the vodka, using a cocktail spoon.
- Add ice to the glass, then fill it with ginger ale and stir again.
- Serve this with a straw.

I first had this drink on my honeymoon when the safari lodge that we stayed in insisted my husband and I enjoy our first night as man and wife at their lodge in our rooms. They served these cocktails before a 4 course meal, en suite! WOW! Talk about a love at first sip! This cocktail makes a great first impression on any mate, whether you are single or married!
