Sparkling Virgin Cosmo image

Such a pretty drink to have in your hand for holidays or for get togethers. Serve in a pretty glass or a small cocktail glass. I enjoy these in a larger glass on the rocks in the summer.

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

2 oz cranberry juice (i like ocean spray diet)
1 oz fresh lime juice
5 oz club soda, seltzer or citrus sods like 7-up
splash oj
lime wedges for garnish, or orange peel for garlish
sugar for frosting glass (optional)
ice

Steps:

1. Pour ice into a shaker or tall glass.
2. Add cranberry juice, fresh lime juice and club soda. Shake to combine.
3. Run a lime wedge over the outside rim of a chilled martini glass. Pour sugar onto a small plate or flat surface.
4. Dip the rim of the glass into sugar until covered with a thin border.
5. Strain carefully into a chilled martini glass. Add a splash of OJ Garnish with lime or orange peel.
