VERY LOW CARB LEMON SOY GLAZE



Very Low Carb Lemon Soy Glaze image

I am on a very low carb diet and wanted a sauce to top some salmon that I pan seared in some butter. This sweet sauce hit the spot! I will try it on shrimp and veggies next.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 g True Lemon crystals
2 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Mix the 1st 4 ingredients in a small microwave dish.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for 20 more seconds.
  • Add butter and whisk for a minute until emmulsified.
  • Serve drizzled on prepared seafood.
