CRISPY CINNAMON ROLLUPS
These are those wonderful little breads filled with cream cheese, rolled in a cinnamon sugar mixture, frozen and then baked. Very quick! Wonderful for a baby shower or bridal shower, and ever so easy! They are not, however, a diet food!

Steps:
- In a bowl combine the cinnamon with 1 cup of the sugar and set aside.
- In a large bowl cream together the softened butter or margarine, cream cheese, egg yolks and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Spread this mixture on the pieces of bread and roll them up. Brush each roll with the melted butter or margarine and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place rollups seam side down on a lightly greased cookie sheet, cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze.
- 30 minutes before baking, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Do not thaw the rolls before baking. Remove rolls from the freezer, uncover and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Serve hot.

CINNAMON RICE CRISPY TREATS RECIPE
Literally the BEST rice crispy treats I have ever tried in my life. Well worth trying this simple variation to the old favorite recipe.

Steps:
- In a large pot, over low to medium heat, add the Salted Butter...let melt a little bit and add the marshmallows.
- Prepare and 8x8" casserole dish by spraying it with cooking spray or thoroughly buttering it.
- Stir the marshmallow and butter mixture until all of the marshmallows have dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the Vanilla and Cinnamon and mix well.
- Add the Crisp Rice Cereal and mix well.
- Spread evenly into the prepared casserole dish and push it down a little bit to compact it.
- Let cool at room temperature.
- Cut into squares, and enjoy.
EASY CINNAMON BUNS
What a treat for the kids when they come home from school or for a Sunday brunch. There will never be any of these left over! They are crispy on the outside and lovely and soft inside. Very tasty

Steps:
- Spray a 9 inch baking pan and preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a small bowl mix the filling ingredients together, mixing well.
- In large bowl combine the sugar, raisins, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add yogurt and oil, mix well together until you have formed a dough.
- On a lightly floured surface knead the dough 8-10 times.
- Roll the dough out to a 8" x 10" rectangle.
- Brush dough with margarine and sprinkle the filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll up jelly roll fashion, Pinch seam to seal.
- Cut into 12 1-inch pieces.
- Place rolls slightly touching in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for approx 17 minutes or until golden.
- Place on wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
MARSHMALLOW TREATS
Can substitute marshmallow creme instead of marshmallows.

- Preheat an oven to 350*.
- Brush the butter evenly over the pita.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon evenly over the pita.

- Cool and serve with vanilla ice cream.
