They served this amazing punch all of the time at our last church - it's a grown up punch, no sherbet or floaty things in this one!

- Add 3 liters of Ginger Ale.
- Stir.
- Add bag of ice.

SPICED TEA PUNCH

- Brew 2 cups apple spice tea, then let cool. Mix with 2 cups orange juice, 1 cup apple juice and 2 cups ginger ale in a pitcher filled with ice. Add 1 cup rum, if desired. Chill. Divide among 6 glasses and serve with cinnamon sticks.

Holiday dinners at Grandma & Grandpa's house almost always included this punch. Sometimes she would make an ice ring out of pineapple juice or sometimes punch itself. Everything Grandma made, she made with love for all of us.

- In a pitcher, combine sugar and tea. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in orange juice, pineapple juice and lemonade. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Just before serving, pour chilled juice mixture into a punch bowl and stir in ginger ale.

- Make a simple syrup by combining the water and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil until the sugar has dissolved completely. Set aside to cool.
- In a large punch bowl, combine the tea, pineapple juice, lime juice and grapefruit or orange juice. Stir well and taste. If you want to sweeten the mixture, add some of the simple syrup to your liking. (Store leftover simple syrup in a jar in the refrigerator for another occasion.) Chill the punch well – for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, pour in the ginger ale. Garnish with slices of limes, grapefruit, oranges and maraschino cherries, if desired. Serve over ice.
