VELVEETA GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
Velveeta is called a "Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product". I'm not exactly sure what means, but I do know it makes one heck of a good grilled cheese sandwich.

Steps:
- Top four of the bread slices with cheese slices. Cover with remaining bread slices.
- Spread outside of sandwich evenly with mayonnaise.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
- Cut each sandwich on diagonal from corner to corner. Serve with dill pickle slices and chips.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the cheeses, garlic powder and seasoned salt. Spread 5 slices of bread with the cheese mixture, about 1/3 cup on each. Top with remaining bread. , Butter the outsides of sandwiches. In a skillet over medium heat, toast sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side or until bread is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
