This is from Velveeta. Although I'm not a huge fan of Velveeta, my family adores this, and it really is good.

Steps:
- Brown meat in large skillet. Drain.
- Add salsa and water. Bring to boil.
- Stir in macaroni.
- Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in Velveeta until melted.

Steps:
- Combine chicken, condensed soup, chicken broth, bell pepper, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Add Velveeta® to the Dutch oven and stir until melted. Add drained spaghetti and olives. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake, covered, in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake until bubbly, about 10 minutes longer.

Steps:
- 1. In saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp of butter. Add flour, combine well. Add milk and cheese, cooking over low-medium heat. Stir constantly, until cheese is fully melted and sauce is slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper and stir.
- 2. Place cooked macaroni into a large baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over the noodles.
- 3. In small saucepan, melt 3 Tbsp butter. Remove from heat. Pour in crushed saltine crackers and stir to cover crackers with butter.
- 4. Sprinkle buttered crackers evenly over the top of the macaroni.
- 5. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cracker crumbs are slightly browned.
