2 cans (15 oz. each) red kidney beans, rinsed
2 cups water
1 pkg. (11.3 oz.) VELVEETA CHEESY SKILLETS Dinner Kit Chili Cheese Mac

Steps:

  • Combine beans, water, Seasoning Mix and Pasta in large skillet.
  • Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until pasta is tender and most of the water is absorbed. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in VELVEETA Cheese Sauce.

1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 onion, chopped, divided
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can (15.5 oz.) chili beans
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 VELVEETA Fresh Packs (4 oz.), cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, reserve 1/3 cup onions. Brown meat with peppers and remaining onions in Dutch oven or large deep skillet; drain. Return meat mixture to pan. Stir in beans, tomatoes and VELVEETA; cook 5 min. or until mixture is heated through and VELVEETA starts to melt, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain macaroni. Add to meat mixture; mix lightly. Top with reserved onions.
