6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (8 ounces each)
6 slices fully cooked ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chicken broth
Chopped fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • Flatten each chicken breast half to 1/4-in. thickness; top with ham and cheese. Roll up and tuck in ends; secure with toothpicks. , In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cheese, sage, paprika and pepper; coat chicken on all sides. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil over medium-high heat. , Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine soup and broth; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove toothpicks. Garnish with parsley if desired. Freeze option: Cool chicken mixture. Freeze in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through slowly in a covered skillet, stirring occasionally, until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°.

These really don't need specific quantities. No matter what vegetables you use and in whatamount the rest of the ingredients, they always come out good.

4 -6 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to thin steak width
1 bag of your frozen mixed vegetables, thawed,and drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
salt and pepper
egg (optional)
breadcrumbs (if youwish to coat with breadcrums before baking or frying) (optional)

Steps:

  • Salt and peper to taste the ckicken breast steaks.
  • Stuff eack chicken breast steak with about a heaped tablespoon of your preferred vegetable mix.
  • Place a 1/4 inch (more or less according to your taste) thick slice of cream cheese on top of vegetables.
  • Roll as for burrito and secure with toothpicks at edges and ends.
  • Dip into slightly beaten egg and coat with breadcrums.
  • Bake or fry until golden brown.

1 (6 ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
1 cup water
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 small)
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Combine stuffing mix and water in large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in eggs.
  • Pound chicken breasts to 1/4" thickness.
  • Spread stuffing mixture evenly onto chicken breasts to within 1/2" of edges.
  • Roll up from one of the short sides to enclose stuffing.
  • Place seam side down in 13x9 baking pan.
  • Mix together soup and milk and pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.

6 chicken breasts (about 2 lbs.)
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package chicken flavor stuffing mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 (284 ml) cans condensed mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Turn on oven to 350°F
  • Pound chicken between plastic wrap to 1/4" thickness.
  • Mix together contents of vegetable/seasoning packet and 1 cup water in a large bowl.
  • Stir in stuffing crumbs stirring to moisten. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Mix eggs into stuffing.
  • Spread each chicken breast with stuffing mix to within 1/2" of outer edges. Roll up from short end jellyroll style. Secure with toothpicks so rolls don't unroll.
  • Place in a 13x9" baking pan.
  • Mix together soup and milk; pour over chicken rolls.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
