These vegan cookies (without milk, butter, or eggs) are delicious and nutritious. They are not just bananas and oats either! These delectable cookies aren't loaded with added sugar. A recipe formulated by myself with the perfect ingredient, love!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Mix bananas, oats, dates, applesauce, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract together in a bowl with your hands. Stir in peanut butter until blended; mix in chocolate chips. Let dough stand until oats soften slightly, about 10 minutes.
- Drop 1-inch scoops of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheet; flatten lightly. Sprinkle raw sugar on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bottoms are golden, 10 to 15 minutes.

My friend who is a baker gave me this recipe because I am in love with these cookies! You don't have to be vegan to enjoy these. *Don't omit the cinnamon. It's what makes these cookies the best.

Steps:
- Mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
- In a separate bowl mix together the brown sugar, sugar, oil, and water.
- Add the banana and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour mixture. mix well.
- Stir in the oats.
- If the mixture seems too thin, let it sit for a minute so the oats can absorb some of the excess liquid.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Drop cookies by the tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Cook for 13 minutes until done (they should be a bit browned on the bottom).

- Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork (or a potato masher).
- Add maple syrup, rolled oats, and cinnamon. Mix well and let it sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Scoop out 2 tablespoonfuls of the mixture and pour them in a parchment-lined baking sheet. Give it the shape of a cookie. Repeat the same for the remaining mixture.
- Transfer it to your oven and bake it for 180 C (350 F) for 15 minutes. Your banana oat cookies are ready!

Steps:
- Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a large baking tray with non-stick parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. In a large bowl mash the bananas until smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and stir until they are all combined. Leave to sit for 10 mins - this is to let it soak into the oats.
- Roll 1 tbsp of the mix into a ball in floured hands and place on the baking tray, pressing down slightly so they are around 1cm thick. Repeat with the rest of the mix, spacing them 1-2cm apart. You will make about 20 cookies.
- Bake for 12-15 mins until golden brown. Transfer to a rack until cooled.
