2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence
⅛ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
1 cup Water

Steps:

  • Place the xylitol, vanilla essence and xanthan gum into a small saucepan and whisk. Add the water.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  • Set aside to cool before storing in an airtight container

  • Strain into a jar or bottle. Will keep, tightly sealed and refrigerated, for up to one month.

  • In medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring water and sugar to a boil.
  • Cook until mixture thickens slightly, about three minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and let cool to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
