This is a blended-coffee treat much like an iced cappuccino you might buy at a restaurant. You can make it non-dairy by using soy milk.

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste
6 ice cubes
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • Combine the instant coffee, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, ice, and chocolate syrup in a blender; blend until smooth.

1 cup milk
ice cubes
1 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee

Steps:

  • Pour milk into 1-qt. glass measuring cup. Add enough ice to measure 3 cups. Pour into blender. Add frozen whipped topping, dry pudding mix and coffee granules.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into four glasses. Serve immediately.
