Ingredients

1/3 cup instant coffee
1 cup instant dry milk powder
1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
1/3 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding mix (Sugar Free works well but use less volume. I used 1 1/2 Tbsps)

Steps:

Measure all of the ingredients into a dry bowl.
Use a fork to combine everything evenly.
You can powder everything in a blender.
Transfer the mixture to a resealable container, or a pretty jar.
To Prepare:.
Place 3-4 Tbsp of dry Vanilla Cafe mix into a coffee cup.
Add hot water to fill up the cup (about 3/4 cup hot water).
Stir and serve.

1-1/2 cups instant hot cocoa mix
1 jar (8 ounces) powdered French Vanilla nondairy creamer
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
EACH SERVING:
1 cup hot water
Sweetened whipped cream and baking cocoa

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months., Yield: 16 servings (4 cups total)., To prepare cappuccino: Place 1/4 cup mix in a coffee mug. Add 1 cup hot water; stir until combined. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with baking cocoa.

1/3 cup ground coffee
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
2-1/2 cups 2% milk

Steps:

Place ground coffee in the coffee filter of a drip coffeemaker. Add water; brew according to manufacturer's directions., In a small bowl, combine sugar and dry pudding mix. Stir in milk and coffee. Chill until serving.
